James and Fiona had an existing home on a sizable piece of property. They were financed through St. George for their home and all seemed well. Until, that is, they wanted to build a secondary structure on their land. The process required them to subdivide the property and obtain two separate titles. Unfortunately, St. George would not accept all of their income for the application because of policy restrictions. James and Fiona seemed stuck in the middle of a construction job that they could no longer finance.
As it turns out, there was a policy that could be of assistance with another lender. However James and Fiona, not being skilled in the finance trade, were unaware of its existence. That’s where New Start Home Finance came in.
New Start Home Finance not only was aware of the policy and its potential benefit to James and Fiona, but they were able to quickly find another lender who would accept their application and all of the income they derive. Construction was able to proceed as planned and James and Fiona remained happily situated in their home.

Charles and Margaret had a patch of land near Karratha. They were looking to construct a transportable home with the aid of a registered builder. However, their current lender had restrictions on this type of building and Charles and Margaret soon found themselves without a lender for the project.
They then approached New Start Home Finance. New Start home finance had connections with dozens of lenders, all with varying levels of requirements. After a short search, they were able to find a reputable lender that accepted the project. James and Margaret’s new home was now fully funded, and they had a very attractive interest rate to boot.
